Installed a pair of LED (CSP H4 9003 HB2) headlights on my Dart recently to hopefully improve illumination and lessen the load on the car’s electrical system at the same time.
At this point I haven’t driven the car at night yet but a simple comparison photo with one LED headlight installed showed a much whiter and brighter light on the garage door.
The LED lamps are simple in installation and plug into the stock wiring harness very easy.
If these LED’s last as long as regular headlights, I’m happy. Time will tell.
what was the part number for the LED bulbs that you used? I’m trying to upgrade my headlights in my 57 Dodge 2 door suburban wagon to LED and I know that the 2 headlight system has some depth issues depending on the bulb used with the heat sink depth. Thanks.
