Hey misschien dat je dit filmpie ook wel op deze pagina wil zetten?
all I can say is,wow! That is quite the engine in that car. You have inspired me with my engine swap of a 400ci into a 54 New Yorker. Mine will not be up to your standards but if you can squeeze that engine combo into the 60 New Yorker than I should be able to figure out how to get my combo squeezed in. Thanks Jim
Hi,
Very impressed with your cars and your work……
Have recently bought a 1961 Windsor in reasonable condition, and with what I think is the original engine, but I’m having trouble identifying it….
So far I can make out that the block was cast on the 8th of may ’61, 3 o’clock, dayshift, but I can not find the engine I.D.pad where it should be… Casting No. is 2128854-5 and underneath that it says L.L.
Am I right in thinking that it should be a RB 383 “Golden Lion” engine?
Is there any way I could get in contact with you?
I need help finding the right parts suppliers (engine parts, leaf springs and shocks) and have a few questions about your Wilwood brake conversion and about lowering the front end 2″.
I am btw an experienced (Harley) engine builder, and have so far built my own 3 Chevy engines (sorry) as well, so you wouldn’t be talking to a total idiot….
Hope you are willing to help me on the right way, can’t find anybody in Holland who seems to know more about them than you…..My mailadres is Noorman13@hotmail.com
Hope to hear from you……
Alvast bedankt, Erik.
I love your car. I Am curentlly working on a 1960 saratoga and am lookoing for a wiring harness. I love the fins and astro dome cluster panel! Thanks for sharing!
I’d be interested to know about your headers – I have a 62 300 which I would like to put headers on. Tks, charles
